The Gujarat Subordinate Service Selection Board (GSSSB), Gandhinagar, has launched a Special Recruitment Drive exclusively for Divyang (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities – PwBD) candidates. This drive offers a significant opportunity to join the Gujarat Government as a Supervisor Instructor (Class-III) under the Directorate of Employment and Training, Skill Development and Employment Department.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must hold a Degree, Diploma, or ITI (National Trade Certificate) in the relevant trade from a recognized institution.

Age Limit (As on 16 March 2026)

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: Generally 35 years for Class-III posts
• Age Relaxation: PwBD candidates are eligible for up to 10 years relaxation as per Gujarat Government rules.
• Maximum age including relaxation should not exceed 45 years.

Salary Structure : GSSSB Supervisor Instructor Recruitment 2026

Selected candidates will receive a fixed monthly salary of ₹40,800 for the initial five-year probation period. After satisfactory completion, services will be regularized under the applicable 7th Pay Commission Pay Matrix.
